If you purchase a paid CashPulse plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Renewals
Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future billing. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
How to request
Contact Gungo Ridge, LLC (operating as Gungo Labs) with your account email and purchase date. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Exceptions
We may decline refunds for accounts suspended for abuse or for purchases outside the refund window. This policy does not limit rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
